On May 4, through an online meeting, the school participated in the unveiling ceremony of the Tajikistan Assessment and Evaluation Center for the "1+X" Vocational Skills Grade Certificate and the signing ceremony for the joint construction of "Chinese + Vocational Skills" talent training. Ministry of Industry and New Technology of Tajikistan, Buston Municipal Government of Tajikistan, Tazhong Mining Co., Ltd., Tajikistan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Confucius Institute of Tajikistan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Zhongta Zelavshan Co., Ltd., Nonferrous Metals Industry Talent Center , Gansu Provincial Department of Education, leaders of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. and more than 50 representatives of Chinese and foreign universities and enterprises attended the unveiling and signing ceremony.Zeng Huahui, Deputy Director of the Gansu Provincial Department of Education, Zheng Shaozhong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of the school, Song Yuanwen and Zhang Lin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Principals, and heads of relevant departments attended. The meeting was chaired by Bakhtiyor Mahmadali Nabi, Rector of the Tajikistan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.


At the meeting, Song Kai, deputy director of the Nonferrous Metals Industry Talent Center, read out the "1+X" certificate authorization document, issued the authorization certificate, and held the unveiling ceremony of the "1+X" Vocational Skill Level Certificate Tajikistan Assessment and Evaluation Center. Zhongta Zelavshan Company, Tajikistan Vocational and Technical Training Center, and the Confucius Institute at the Tajikistan Institute of Metallurgy jointly signed the "Chinese + Vocational Skills" Mining Targeted Talent Training Co-construction Agreement.

Tajikistan Vocational Technical Training Center is a vocational education and training institution officially registered in Tajikistan in cooperation with Tajikistan Mining Co., Ltd. and Tajikistan Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. As the first batch of "1+X" certificate system pilot institutions of the Ministry of Education, the school actively responds to the "Belt and Road" initiative, serves "going out" enterprises, continuously promotes the organic connection between "1" and "X", and coordinates majors (groups) resources, in-depth research on vocational skill level standards and related professional teaching standards, organically integrate certificate training content and requirements into professional talent training programs, optimize curriculum and teaching content, deepen the reform of teaching methods and methods, and improve the flexibility, adaptability and flexibility of talent training. Targeted, it has further improved the quality of training and certification of social vocational skills certificate, and created a new business card for international cooperation and integration of production and education in Gansu vocational education.
